About Us

Founded by me, Sarah White, following several years as a freelance Virtual Assistant, Campion VA was set up to bring together people and organisations who need administrative support with talented and experienced freelance Virtual Assistants who have the skills and knowledge to support them.

My background is as an office manager and business manager for various companies but also as part of my own family business. I have worked with my husband for over 20 years in our business. We have done the traditional family business thing; he has gone out to provide services to others, and I have been in the background doing the administration, bookkeeping, payroll, HR and paperwork side of the business. As a result of that, I know what it is like to work until late into the night to keep up with the constant demands associated with running a business (if you haven’t done a VAT Return at 2am, you’re not really living!). I understand the need to turn your hand to all sorts of tasks at any moment to muck in and respond to the customers. I am accustomed to changing requirements and supporting others as they go through that process. Fundamentally, we all want to service our customers to the best of our ability, create a constructive and professional environment for our employees, subcontractors, suppliers etc. and finish the day knowing we have done the job we promised that we would do for them.
